As a result, everyone in our group had an unforgettable, truly wonderful, and ideal travel experience.

We are deeply grateful for the fully guided transportation throughout the entire journey, which provided peace of mind—especially for our senior travelers—as well as for your support in both Japanese and English. We also sincerely appreciate the close coordination with your headquarters in Japan and the thoughtful care and attention you gave us every step of the way.

From the very beginning, every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully and meticulously planned to align with our goals, schedule, and specific requests.

Kintetsu created a truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our players to compete against professional-level competition while also experiencing the culture, energy, and iconic sights of Tokyo. The balance between elite soccer experiences and meaningful cultural immersion made the trip both memorable and impactful for our players, coaches, and families.

Throughout the planning process and during our time in Japan, Kintetsu provided outstanding customer service. Their team was consistently responsive, attentive, and available to offer first-hand guidance whenever we needed it. They seamlessly coordinated every detail—from international flights and accommodations to local transportation, guided tours, dining recommendations, and all of the logistics in between—allowing our coaches and players to focus on enjoying the experience.

Kintetsu’s expertise, professionalism, and personal attention to detail made the entire journey effortless and exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and would highly recommend Kintetsu to any school, sports team, or organization looking to create an exceptional and stress-free travel experience.

]]> The Kintetsu team did an amazing job of planning a custom tour to Japan for my family of 17! https://copy.www.kintetsu-hawaii.com/testimonials/the-kintetsu-team-did-an-amazing-job-of-planning-a-custom-tour-to-japan-for-my-family-of-17/ Tue, 21 Jul 2026 03:00:20 +0000 https://copy.www.kintetsu-hawaii.com/?post_type=testimonials&p=10376 The Kintetsu team did an amazing job of planning a custom tour to Japan for my family of 17! They worked with our preferences, interests and “must do’s” in order to personalize a trip just for us! Everything from airfare, accommodations, activities, dining reservations, and transportation were put together in an affordable quality package!

Our trip was a perfect balance of guided tours and free days. We were able to experience Japanese culture at temples, gardens and a taiko drum workshop, combined with fun activities like a day at Mt. Fuji, Disneysea and TeamLabs. Then multiple free days were left for shopping and dining at our convenience. Our wonderful guide Ayako escorted us to Mt. Fuji, Yokohama, Kamakura, and parts of Tokyo. Free days included Odaiba, Shibuya, Harajuku and Ikebukuro.

I can’t say enough about the amazing job everyone at KIE did for us. They ensured that every detail was tended to and took care of our entire party! They created an unforgettable trip that was truly personalized. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
